He controls a property portfolio of very substantial value. Apart from the Real Estate development, Clayton Finance has secondary business interests in the Import and Export of various items such as commodities, finished & raw materials for paint industries, copper, aluminum, chemicals & fragrant essences, oil etc. Balu Datwani spearheads Spacegate and guides in the capacity of Director- Property and Investment.

Farrakh Nawaz Chughtai

Managing Director

An industrialist who pioneered the execution of several unique technologies in building and transportation including Monolite International, Mass transit system and Magnetic levitation trains, and now the Spacegate Carparking Systems concept and technology. He is an accomplished real estate developer with major projects in Pakistan, Dubai, Sudan, Russia, Africa, And Europe under his leadership of E2C2 systems (Economic and Energy Conservation Construction Systems LLC). He is the founder of Spacegate Carparking Systems.

Vibha Bhatnagar

Sales Director Global Operations

Vibha Bhatnagar is a business woman, film maker, a promoter of technology based real estate development and an investor. Based in the UK, she is an accomplished business leader from the UK finance industry. She has spearheaded Spectrum Media, a vehicle for intelligent project investments. Vibha has a network of global investors who back new technology and projects. In addition to her involvement in the film industry, Bhatnagar is also Sales Director for Global Operations at Spacegate. She is currently working on projects in the UK, Dubai, Malaysia and India.

Shubha Sandeep

Director, Spacegate India and Malaysia

An active and enthusiastic entrepreneur, she started her career with the Taj Group of Hotels. She also ran her own retail outlet in one of the biggest malls of south India with her in-house manufacturing unit. Being a film enthusiast she then collaborated with a UK based production house and went on to producing over 15 feature films, alongside the real estate sector where she became a part of some major projects in South India with her proven track record of over a decade, in Sales, marketing and public relations Shubha as Director paved the way for Spacegate into India and Malaysia.

Dato Tuan Ibrahim bin Tengku Abdullah

Director, Spacegate Malaysia

Dato Tuan Ibrahim carries with him over 32 years of experience in the aviation industry, having served Malaysia Airlines since 1973. He has extensive knowledge and experience in the Arab world. Dato Tuan Ibrahim has traveled extensively throughout the Arab countries during his tenure as the Regional Manager MEA and has established a good network of friends and acquaintances. He has also participated in Government of Malaysia trade missions and tourism road-shows. Dato Tuan has established, together with a friend from Dubai, a trading company in Malaysia involved in providing consolidating purchases of Malaysia made foodstuff and exporting them to the Middle East. For his contributions to the nation, Dato Tuan Ibrahim was awarded the Kasteria Mangku Negara (KMN) by the 10th Yang Dipertuan Agong. In 2002 he received his Datukship from HRH The Yang Dipertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan. Tuan Ibrahim bin Tengku Abdullah is the Director of Spacegate Malaysia.
